Recipes for tenth graders from Enrique Malo School

Recipe 1
Olive oil
1 red onion
4 garlic cloves
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
3 tomatoes
200 ml of coconut milk
Salt
Pepper
Shrimp 450g
1/3 cup Coriandrum
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
3 cups cooked rice
Salt
1 Lemon

Recipe 2
12 cooked potatoes
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
100 g cream cheese
1 cup walnut
500 g of chicken breast, cooked and shredded
2 carrots, julienned
Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe 3
4 potatoes
1/3 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons grated cheese
6 pancetta or prosciutto
4 egg
4 mushrooms
85g of mozzarella
Pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Garlic
Salt

Recipe 4
6-7 medium potatoes, peeled
1 whole yellow onion
5-6 large eggs (the better the eggs, the better the tortilla)
2-3 cups of olive oil for pan frying
Ham or chorizo sausage
Salt to taste

Sharp Knife for Chopping Onion and Potatoes
1 Large Frying Pan for Frying Potatoes and Onions
1 Medium Frying Pan for Cooking the Tortilla
2 Mixing Bowls – 1 large and 1 small
